SW Renewables have just retrofitted my house in Cawsand with a 11kw PV array, 12kw battery system and a 15kw Air source heat pump and I simply couldn’t be happier. My energy bills have come right down and in the summer I’m making good money. I’m looking forward to seeing how close to zero bills I am across the course of the year! Richard and his team are fantastic!
Southwest Solar Services Ltd have just replaced my oil fired central heating with an Air Source heat pump. Throughout the process, their communication has been excellent, the work was completed by professionals to a very high standard with minimum disruption and mess. Fully supported the application and award of a government grant to offset some of the expenditure. Followed up quickly on a minor snagging issue too. I would recommend.

Disappointing installation in basement.
I don't usually like to leave negative reviews however after the basement has been flooded again I think I should inform other prospective customers.
No provision for excess pressure blow off seems to been made as when there is a power cut half of the buffer tank empties onto the floor. I was left with a submersible pump (not plumbed in) though not sure how that would work with no elec?
I did contact many times, when I did get through to someone I was told they would come back to me at some point.
Pretty poor show for a £16,000 install.
